I'm not sure this non-linear associative machine is of any use, judging by some items I've seen. As with most machines, the GIGO principle applies. If garbage goes in, it also comes out as garbage, or, in this case, as garbled thinking. I personally tried some short and pointless sentences. It works. Although refractory to rules, I think the associative process will benefit from non-linearity only if contributions are minimaly relevant and meaningful.
