expectation

What high expectations she had! And how little she did to make them come true!
Of course she is disappointed now, but what can I do?
I almost did more than I could. But since she only expected without her being part of it, it was clear that nothing more than this could ever happen.
The only sad thing about it is that she doesn't want to realize this.
