Being able to live without fear or oppression, able to go wherever and whenever I want to, within reason of course, and the ability to study what expands the mind.
free when we no longer hesitate I dont mean we dont pause occasionally to think but when we act without hesitation.Also freedom could be increased by not checking and keeping the time.
