my grandmother was a Saint because she put up with my grandfather who didn't deserve the love of someone as truly Good as she was because he treated her with scorn, contempt, derision, and much scolding (like that helps in any situation. Yeah, right.)

I miss her ~ the life she led was difficult, but »her children rise up and call her blessed«
